We collect your name, email address, phone number and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm wallet ID. We also record session and transaction metadata to maintain your account history and comply with applicable Indian financial regulations.

We store only tokenised references to your UPI or PhonePe transactions — never full credentials. All payment data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3, and tokenised references on our servers are protected by AES-256 encryption so your financial details remain secure.

Yes. Send a subject access request to our privacy email or raise a ticket through the Help Centre. We will compile and deliver a full copy of your stored data within 72 hours, in a readable format, to your registered email address.

Submit a deletion request via live chat or our privacy email. Once we verify your identity, we remove personal identifiers from active databases within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifiable transaction records required under Indian regulations may be retained for the statutory period.
